We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine is otherwise objectionable.
4. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content and materials included on or within the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Mate or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
5. Third-Party Services

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account through the app settings.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in [Location], and the judgment of the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
You agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between you and Mate individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
9. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mate regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Mate.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
